  • I am beyond impressed with this office. It's rare to find a medical office that has BOTH friendly and professional front office and back office staff. I was already looking forward to the visit and my mind was set at ease after I booked my appointment over the phone. The receptionist was very friendly and did not rush me during the booking. In addition, they provided a short bio of the dentist after the booking which I rarely see other offices do. Kind of gives me a sense that they have a lot of pride in their service. The day of the appointment, I was kind of a little nervous for my little ones. But once I entered the office, I was immediately greeted and my sons were taken to the back. Everyone was very friendly and patient with my boys which I loved. Dr. Goodwin and her team were very informative and put me at ease. And when we checked out, the front office team ensured that all our appointments were set. I'm happy I found this place and chose it over the one that was closer to our home.
