  • Does anyone know how to get a hold of anyone here?!?! I've been calling for weeks for an appt so I can get refills on my weight loss meds, and also have questions about being possibly overcharged for my previous refills, have left msgs, and call every single day-multiple times of day..and I get there automated system giving me basic info and then telling me to leave a msg which ive already done. Wtf! Answers welcome..... Oh, coincidentally I NEVER had any issues where I would need to write a negative review when Dr.Wayne was working here. He was the only reason I wouldve continued coming here. The front desk ladies are awesome I will give them that, but I will also say that all other drs I've seen besides dr.wayne, have never cracked a smile in my direction even and do not look approachable in the least. Dr.hoffman was very nice though, seen her once when dr.wayne left this practice. Just wondering why her staff doesn't take calls anymore for appts....
