  • Easily one of the best hotels I've stayed with in Las Vegas. Something just feels different about this place and I think that is due in part to the fact that there is no casino in the lobby. Instead, you'll find a great bar, a Starbucks, hotel cafe and super quick and easy access right to the Bellagio! No more walking out in the heat and the crowds! The staff is so helpful and polite, and happy to help! I have to mention the parking. How many places will you ever go to that offer FREE valet service? FREE!! The valet staff here are impeccable. Extremely courteous, professional and literally all of them RUNNING back and forth to get cars, load luggage and offer assistance. Whether it's 9am or 4pm with the crush of everyone checking in, their attitudes and service remain consistent = 100% professional and smiling. It's pretty impressive and definitely makes you feel like an important and valued guest. The rooms here are a delight and I haven't had a bad view yet (not to mention a bad price: there are always fantastic deals!). Whether looking down at the pools and neighboring hotels or the massive expanse of the desert skyline merging into the downtown strip - it's just beautiful. Everyone knows how the strip lights up at night, now just imagine watching those lights and the Bellagio fountains from your room! And um, let's talk about those windows - push of a button to go up or down for the privacy shade or blackout shades? Say what?! Once again, left feeling valued and important. Maybe a little like a rockstar. I had the 'spa breakfast' delivered to my room in the morning and the server was top shelf. Not only did he usher the cart into the kitchen area, but completely laid out my place setting to include arranging my plate, silverware, coffee and juice, condiments and ice water! The night before when I placed my order I requested a muffin from the cafe that was not on the menu and without any hesitation it was added to my order. I did not visit the pool on this visit but have been before and the service there is also wonderful. You can order right from the menu and have the food delivered happily to your poolside chair. I left the hotel feeling totally pampered and cannot wait to go back!
