Ambiance is great, but food and service is terrible.
This restaurant is in the W, which is befitting since both are extremely trendy, modern, and classy. However, the service was extremely slow even though the restaurant was not crowded; instead, the waiters were busy flirting with the girls at the hostess stand. I was going to order more food, but got put off at having to wait over 10 minutes to get the waiter's attention.
This place is also extremely over priced. The fish inside the rolls were mushy - this just means that they take the leftover fish cuttings from the sashimi and mash it up to fill the rolls (you can see it in many of the pictures other reviewers have posted). At ~$10 a roll, I would expect much more. The Brussels sprout chips were very tasty and flavorful with the truffle oil addition, however they are deep fried and DRENCHED in oil (not truffle oil). The chef ought to let the oil drain off before serving as the sprouts were sitting in a pool of oil.
