  • I happened across the Papi Queso truck outside of the Triple C brewing company and a buddy and I ordered a couple different grilled cheeses so we could each sample two. I can't remember the specific names of the items but mine was the one with BBQ pork, macaronni and cheese with extra cheese and it was absolutely delicious. The other one we had was a roast beef with thinly sliced cucumber and cheese and it was equally as awesome as the first. I also thew a little of their homemade hot sauce on the plate to dip the grilled cheese in and it complimented the sandwich very well. I picked up a bottled water and threw in a 15% tip so my total price came out to a little over 11$ which considering the quality of the food was a very good value. I'll definitely keep a eye out for this truck in the future and if you are a grilled cheese fan at all this one is one you won't want to miss.
