  • Extremely rude staff - I drove 45 min to make it in for an appointment for the special they had going on and when I arrived the receptionist asked me a few questions and then told me I wasn't eligible for the promotion because I had a prior treatment done that won't go well with the product they would be using. I explained that this was never mentioned in the promo. She didn't apologize instead repeated herself. I felt like the staff don't care - very unwelcoming and rude. I was surprised because I heard great reviews about this place. I also called the manager to explain what happened and he was very nice on the phone and had asked me to email him so he could get back to me. I emailed him but never heard back. Will never go back and won't be recommending anyone to go here!
