So frustrated with this place.. Came in today around 3:30PM Thursday 3/22 for a date with my husband. We wanted to go somewhere some what nice and we've heard a lot about this restaurant. We were seated immediately - which was great. But, we didn't have a server approach our table for about 15 mins. There were only three tables including ours in our whole area.. Soo not sure what took so long. After our server finally came and took our order - we did not receive our food for about 30 mins after that.. Our order was small and simple, and yet everything we got was wrong. For an appetizer we ordered elote - which NEVER even came to our table. I ordered a chicken burrito with guac and pico - I received a chicken burrito with those ingredients PLUS unwanted sour cream and jalapeƱos inside. My husband ordered a carne asada burrito chimichanga style - he received a carne asada burrito enchilada style.. For someone that doesn't like a lot of sauce, that's horrible. Being hungry and frustrated, and no server in sight - we ate what was given to us. Later, the servers station was directly behind our table, and we could hear her saying we did not receive our elote. She came to our table to present us with our check, pretended to look around our table and asked "oh? You did not receive your elote?" No mam.. And to your surprise we know Spanish and heard you saying you knew we didn't. Don't really appreciate playing dumb. She proceeded to open our check and show that she did not charge us for it. Again, obviously you knew - don't appreciate the act. How about apologizing - or at least asking if we still wanted it or not before removing it off our check?! On the check we were also charged additional fees for the unwanted toppings we never asked for. No idea what her name was - our busser referred to her as Flaca.. I'll at least give a shout out to our busser, who did a great job covering our servers butt refilling our drinks and chips and making sure we had to go boxes. Overall, my husband and I were debating on $5 Little Cesars and decided we should have something nice - I'd rather have the $5 Little Cesars than this $50 crap experience. No graicias.
