  • I was waiting for the shuttle to pick me up from my hotel. It didn't arrive at said time. I called the phone number, and the person was very rude to me about waiting for the ten minute window. 15 minutes later, I called again and they said it had come and gone. I was standing there waiting the entire time with two other people. They told me that they had used another shuttle service to help them out that day. How we were supposed to know that the shuttle would have a different name on it? Couldn't they have told us that when we called? So we ended up sharing a cab. Horrible!
