  • This location is low key (for now anyway until more of the area gets more developed) so there aren't too many customers inside and finding a parking spot isn't usually a problem. The guy who greets customers on the way in is so friendly! He can guide you in the right direction if needed and always makes sure to ask how you are doing. Some of the ladies at the customer service desk and return register however lack when it comes to customer service. I try and do self check out whenever possible to avoid dealing with the nonsense and with PayPal as an option for payment at check-out I never even have to reach into my wallet. I prefer Behr paint and they have a nice selection of it here. I've used that brand of paint throughout my house as well on many outdoor projects and never been disappointed. We are in the process of building a shed out back and decided to run electrical out to it as well extend our back deck and put in a fire-pit. Hubby and I had our list of materials needed and had no issue finding it all even though it wasn't "all" since several trips were made back to get this and that... typical stuff! We were asked a few times if we needed any assistance which is always nice. When it came to picking out the lumber it took some time. It is important to pick out the straightest lumber possible with hardly any blemishes. Even if by sight the wood looks straight, set the lumber on the ground and see if it's flat or if it wobbles at all indicating cupping or twisting somewhere in the board. I mention this because there were a lot of curves in what we were looking through. In the lawn and garden section they have good deals on the Bonnie veggie plants if you can catch them when they are 5 for $10 otherwise Star Nursery usually has a bigger selection when it comes to veggie plants and fruit trees. The annuals here are usually pretty cheap and worth it if they are $1.25 or less for a 6 pack. I have a small orchard in my backyard (I buy my fruit trees at Star) and decided to enclose it this year with bird block. After pricing around I found the best deals on the bird block and poles here and I am happy with not only the quality of the materials, but how effective it's been. If you are only coming here for gardening needs then just park down by that side of the store since there is a cashier.
