| - Shadiest place EVER! I wish I could give negative stars. Horrible experience overall. I could write a book about our completely terrible experience here, it was that bad.
When we first moved in, the extremely shady management/staff tried to keep the $200 we had given them in holding/application fees *and* also tried to deny us an apartment. We were able to move in anyway, hugest mistake ever, we hated everything about living here and this "property management" company is so shady.
After three days of living here, I got a note on my car saying I was in someone's parking space even though the spot I was in was written on our lease....this was just the beginning of the ridiculous parking situation that was basically a free for all, the ASSIGNED SPACE INCLUDED IN YOUR RENT is a joke. In the first week we were there, several of the blinds fell off the track as well as our towel rack in our bathroom. Everything inside the "newly renovated" models was so cheaply made. Every time we did laundry in the extremely tiny stacked washing machine, there was a DISGUSTING sewage smell, every single time from the first day to the day we moved out.
The office staff doesn't seem to actually care about their jobs at all and good luck getting your mail/packages. Getting maintenance into our apartment was like pulling teeth and the office staff will lie to you about putting your work orders in, we had several that just never got taken care of at all. Our entire backyard flooded with sewage a few times, the walls were so thin and we could hear everything from the neighbors.
Our final "utility bill" has gone to collections TWELVE DAYS after we moved out!!!! I don't actually know if it's for our utility bill because the super professional staff at Reflections is refusing to provide us with an itemized bill of what they took out of our security deposit, so I actually have no idea what this amount of money is for. I have never not paid a debt IN MY LIFE and I now have collectors blowing up my phone, thanks Reflections!!!!
We are currently renting a 2 bedroom house for less than the cost of their 2 bedroom apartments. Our water/sewer/trash has gone down considerably from what it was. Reflections uses a shady company called AUM that adds random BS fees onto your bill, and as a renter there, you pay a HOA fee too! Why would you charge a HOA fee for apartment renters? We are in a house right now and we don't even pay a HOA fee......so ridiculous.
My coworker also lived here, her place flooded, and she is now being charged $350 to replace the carpet.
I only recommend moving in here if you want to pay for a parking spot you cant actually use, like disgusting sewage smells, don't ever want anything fixed in a timely fashion, and you enjoy having your last utility bill sent to collections with 12 days of you moving out.
This place is such a joke and a huge rip-off, I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. 1 star because it's close to Costco and we had super cool neighbors.
