I went in to get a Kia after exchanging emails with the internet salesperson. Low pricing shown on the internet is only for very defined criteria...military, specific lease terms, etc. We sat down to discuss a lease and got a slap-in-the-face deal that would have been far more than a car in its category is worth. We also got offered only 2/3 only of our own car's value which was formally estimated at a dealer prior to going in and matched Kelly Blue Book.
The salesperson's story behind the numbers was somewhat confusing and in the end the deal was so bad there was not even a consideration on our part to continue...so we basically fled Horn Kia as fast as we could...which is what we recommend others do. We wasted hours there for nothing.
This dealership was empty other than its own salespeople. You would think they would want to make a sale given zero other people were sitting down discussing deals the entire time we were there.
