  • Like many of us I have to use a drug store sooner or later. Before Walgreen's I used to go out of my way to a pharmacy that said it offered discount prices. Along with the discount prices came discount service. At Walgreen's my customer experience never suffers. I experiece quality care each and every time. There is a particular representative Alia that goes well beyond good customer service. She is great. She is always friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. It's service like that that keeps me coming back. My complaint would be the wait sometimes. Thursday's are always a long wait on the drive thru or inside the store. So pick up your prescription before or after Thursday unless you like the Night Club feel. There are definitely some pick ups going on. The rewards program has changed. I will see if it is better. This location is 24 hours and they deliver. You have the option of calling in your prescription as well as having it sent directly from your physician. Would give 5 stars but the wait is a bit long sometimes.
