  • Truly fantastic customer service. My fiance and I went in to look for wedding bands for him (they have a GREAT selection-- so much better than any of the other stores we looked at...which felt like a lot of stores). We ended up finding JUST the right one for a great price. While there, I also found a ring I [thought I] loved. Perfect!! Saleswoman was fantastic, we checked out, good to go. Fast forward 3 weeks, when my fiance's ring is ready for pickup (it was a special order) and I decide I should try on my wedding band (which I received the day we bought it)! Oh geez... it doesn't go with my engagement ring at all. I had declared to both the wonderful saleswoman and my fiance the day we bought that "I love the contrast!" But actually, no. No I don't. I brought it back to the store (within the 30 days) with my tail between my legs and they were EXCEPTIONALLY nice about making the return and telling me about other options they have (without being the slightest bit pushy or judgmental). I really love this place. Outside of the great customer service, they have an AMAZING selection of rings. It's worth a visit just to browse!
