  • Naturally, I was dying to come here once I knew it was in Plaza Midwood and voted one of the best coffee shops in CLT. Perks: +dog friendly +homemade syrups +lots of baked goodies and breakfast options like quiche, too +light or dark roast drip coffee blend +Dairy free options like soy and almond milk +artwork sold by local artists +friendly staff The decafs (negatives): +limited seating outside for your pooch +no apple cider, hot or cold Overall, I was really impressed with Central Coffee Company! I wish there was a little more seating inside/outside, but to me, this is a great place to walk to grab a cup of joe and then keep on walking to explore Plaza Midwood. I don't need much at a coffee shop, but I want folks to be friendly, I want dairy free milk options and if you're out of what I want, I want some good suggestions. With all of my wants filled, I will be coming back to Central Coffee Company.
