  • Thank you for your response I can only hope something is done about this facility. As for your explanation regarding what you consider to be a medical response vs what I know to be a Rat/Vermin. One of the nurse's made mention to a second nurse and I quote "So now I'm expected to eat mice too". I know the difference between a medical emergency response and unwanted pest/vermin such as a Rat. You don't call an engineer or house Keeping for a medical emergency response you call them in when your nurses are going through the hallway screaming about a Rat in an area. Even one of the security personnel went to check the Rat out and made jokes about it. As for me I would have to be either Unconscious or dead before I will ever go back to what this place is referring to as an emergency room.
