  • I echo much of Greta's post here. I found an adorable small dog on Petfinder.com and went directly to the facility (now a different address), and I was similarly disappointed in the shelter's ambiance - both the kennel itself and the staff's degree of customer care and service. I gave them two stars vs. one because I felt they deserved an extra star for their effort to save the tiny lives that would otherwise get eliminated at the hands of MCACC.
