  • AWG sent the wrong bus to my wedding and we couldn't all fit. I requested a 28 passenger party bus to be sent to our church but instead they sent a 16 passenger bus (for 22 people). Instead of apologizing, they insisted that I booked it incorrectly. I understand that it was likely an accident by the reservationist, but AWG's email confirmations don't include the type of bus so I couldn't catch her mistake. I would have appreciated an apology or partial refund but instead we had drivers take some of our wedding party to the reception. I'll use Earth Limos next time.
