| - My experience with this shop so far has been unprofessional, unreliable, and stressful. I dropped my Toyota Camry off over three weeks ago and after they received the estimate from my insurance company several days in, I received no updates or information from them at all (one of the main reasons I chose this shop in the first place was the reviews stating that they received prompt text updates and strong customer service, unfortunately not in my case). Upon calling a week later, I was initally told there was an additional damages claim they were making to the insurance so repairs had not started, then after calling my insurance company and claims team and finding that no such claim had been filed and calling them back, I was told that I was misinformed and they were just waiting on parts, then given an estimated date. The date rolled around and I was told yet again that they were waiting for something on the insurance's part, which again was found out to not be true. Nearly a month after my accident, the repairs on my car have not even been started, and being underage for a rental car has put me in a difficult spot--coupled with the stress of not knowing what is going on with my car at any given time and constantly getting wrong information, I definitely would not recommend this shop.
