  • On the 4th try, yes, the 4th, they finally got it right. The last tech (JC) was fantastic. The problem was that Safelite as a rule has no clue about HUD glass on BMW's. They kept telling me it needed "re-calibration." There is no such thing on a heads up display. You must use OEM glass. What a joke. Will never use them again.
