  • Highly disappointed!!After purchasing a new home I decided that I should furnish each room one by one. I looked online and found del sol furniture. I found the perfect bedroom set and placed it in my cart. Because it advised me that no shipping was in my area(which advertisement states shipping over entire Arizona) I decided to contact store. I also wanted to find out about financing offers as stated on the website. The online application did not work so I was advised to come into the store to complete it. After approval at the store the sales rep said "oh no this can't be the price of this bedroom set its to low". I was baffled as this is what is advertised and saved to my cart. The rep said she would place order and follow up. I than received a email(not a call) from the rep saying the online price was an error and I can't get it at advertised pricing. Not sure how a pricing error is the customers fault and can't be honored. This has left a bad impression with me. Pricing went from what was advertised to double the price. I don't like doing business with shady companies. I don't recommend this company. I informed all my coworkers and friends of my experience.
