  • Very unfriendly and disorganized group from top to bottom. Aside from their unfriendly staff, It is their standard operating procedure to pretend they know what your insurance coverage is when in reality they do not check, have no idea and take what money they can upfront. Once you pay, you are stuck waiting for your refund and managing the overpayment as you wait for the insurance process. I called to request a refund and Lori from billing just talked over me the entire time in a condescending manner. I was made to feel as though I did something wrong. Do not pay a dime upfront as they unapologetiacally misrepresent what is owed up front.
