Imagine the worse customer service in the world. Then lower the bar. I think they just generally don't care about resolving anything regardless of what it is, and try to go out of their way to make it worse. Seriously do NOT do business with these people. The culture is to try and milk the customer for anything and everything, provide the worst products available and then transfer you to someone else so you can repeat the story, do nothing about it, then transfer you to someone who knows even less. If you are a customer and try to turn equipment back in, they will give you a receipt, then send you a bill a year later claiming that you never turned it in. Then deny your receipt is valid, admit they lost your equipment but you still owe 4x the money it was worth. No interest in resolving anything, just winning the prize for the most incompetent and miserable company on the planet!
