  • Rich was awesome to work with. I had a new home owner mistake: I hooked up that water lines to my washer, but forgot to put the outflow hose on into the drain slot in the wall. Rich was able to chat with me and guide me on the clean up on a Thursday night. He came out the next morning and showed me on this device areas that show cold spots (where there is moisture). He advise keep airing the areas over the weekend and it will dry up. No base board damage, no water down walls...phew. He was super professional and I would highly recommend IRS in the future.
