I always go to this in n out burger considering it is the closest one to my house. They normally do a great job but tonight was a different story. I went through the drive through, ordered an animal fry along with another meal. The girl at the window first forgets to give me an animal fry so I have to wait for her to do that. Then once she hands me the box which is supposed to have fries in it, I drive home, which is 20 minutes away. I get home and come to realize there is 2 plain burger patties in my animal box. So, I drive ALL the way back to this location and explain what the problem was. When I showed the clerk she says "Oh there those are!" No apology, no attempt at compensation. I work in customer service and I know that is not a way to make right for mistakes that are made.
