After refusing to address my concerns (attached in the pictures with a cracked ceiling, duct tape on the wings, my armrest on the floor with the wires hanging out, etc) I'm reporting them to the CTA for safety violations.
I'm flying again with them in April because I have to but they wouldn't even offer to upgrade my seats this time for the seats and experience I had last time. I've had enough with their safety violations and their response to those who have been subjected to them. They simply do not care about your well-being or want to resolve any concerns you have because they know if you're taking the airline it's because you can't afford to take another. That is simply an abusive way to view and treat your customers.
If you can wait and save up a tiny bit more to take any other airline, do it! If we start respecting ourselves, airlines will soon follow.
