  • I'm worried about the hygiene of this place. I was there today, and a young Amer-Asian man was behind their counter was putting breads into their company labeled plastic bags. He wasn't using gloves-he was using his bare hands. His head wasn't covered. The woman at the cash register told me he was one of their bakers. When I loudly stated he needed to be wearing gloves because it was a health code violation, he made an annoyed face. There was a supervisor who deliberately ignored me. She didn't seem to care-I'm sure she will if and when the health inspector comes! He only put on one glove on one hand and kept working. If I hadn't been so disgusted, I would have thought to record him. Based on what I witnessed today, I'm not going to eat or buy anything else from them. I would recommend the same to all others.
