rev:text	So for those of you who are like me and use reviews as a means of finding the best and most trustworthy service professionals, I write this for you: Tim is the epitome of what America has been built on and stands for. He is from Ukraine and served in the Israel Army. He came to America to achieve the American Dream. He is well on his way! He must work 16 hours a day and based on other reviews rarely is there a time when you can't get a hold of him. Tim appreciates people and is not--I MEAN IT!! NOT--out to dig deeply in the consumer's pockets if he doesn't have too. Unfortunately, this type of work is hot, cumbersome, and tedious and his rates are more than fair. My introduction to him was due to my bracket on my blower motor breaking. Times are tough (money-wise) so naturally I was panicking. Luckily, I know my way around my HVAC system but always hesitant to make a simple problem worse. I called Tim. He was responsive and came at no cost to me to evaluate the issue. He told me straight up what the company charges and what it would cost for the part. He said if I can do it myself I would save about $250 as it was an easy fix. He offered to even help walk me through the process. After it was said and done I think I called him four times and he was just as happy to help me on the forth call as he was on the first. Mind you, this was only out of kindness and empathy for my situation. The only thing I paid for was the part. I could not be more impressed that people like Tim still exist. Thank You, Sir! You will be a rocket ship blasting to new levels of success with your business if you keep up your care for people and hard work.
