  • We were referred to Scott Fenner at AmeriFirst by our realtor after our original broker at Academy jumped ship and did not announce he was moving the week after we had begun the loan process...which in hindsight, was a blessing. Initially I was worried that we wouldn't be able to close on time, but Scott and his assistant Jessica were so incredibly thorough and efficient in gathering all of the required docs, that our loan was approved quickly, without any issues, and we were able to close EARLY :) They were professional and kept us updated throughout the entire loan process. This is our 6th home purchase, and Scott was the first mortgage broker we've ever had attend the signing appointment. 5 star service all the way!
