  • Hi, I think when you're a paying customer you should be able to get your clothes cleaned the way you like. I've gone to this cleaners twice and both times I have asked for them to starch some items. Instead of them doing as I ask, the lady there just goes into telling me "it don't look like starchy" Well they previous cleaners did put starch in them but because she thinks it doesn't look like they've been starched, she refuses to do them! This time instead of letting them clean my clothes I just picked up my things and left. If I am paying for the service regardless of whether she thinks they looked starched or not, starch my damn clothes as I've requested!
