  • Horrible experience with this company!! If I could give this company negative stars I would. My insurance used them for emergency road side assistance and after waiting over a hour they cancelled service. When I contacted the company directly to speak with a supervisor I was connected with a dispatcher who began arguing with me, yelling at me and who hung up on me. I will be fine g a formal complaint with my insurance company against this provider. Inform everyone you know to stay away from this awful company!
