Literally just walked out the door and am crying in my car. My brows look awful. I saw Allyssa (sp) and she clearly needs to take time to listen to what a new client wants. I was specific, showed her pictures and stated what I wanted but she did what she wanted. My two brows don't even match. This is the worst brow wax I have ever had. I have a divot on the top of one brow, she took them in at the corner of my eye even though I specifically told her not to and she thinned them at the corner of my eye as well even though I said no thinning, just clean up the middle under the arch. I can't believe the price for less then 15 minutes of time for a brow wax and a lip wax. I just moved from Colorado and the lady who did my waxing there charges less and spends 30 minutes doing a lip and brow wax. I also don't like how you're put on the spot about gratuity. I gave gratuity because I didn't want to feel uncomfortable and because I wanted out because I was so upset. I didn't even know what to say, I didn't complain because I didn't want them trying to fix them and messing them up even more.
Update:
I never took the time to update and to the business I apologize. The business handled it great by trying to make it right. Unfortunately my schedule made connecting very difficult and we never really connected on getting a refund or how to fix it. I will commend them on caring enough to be willing to do whatever necessary to make things right and if I weren't totally freaked out about my brows being totally messed up I would give them another chance but I am freaked out. I will likely however try them for other non facial waxing services because their willingness to immediately try to fix a problem speaks volumes to the type of business they are and the reputation they want to uphold.
