| - I can't even give 1/2 star for this Phoenix drug and crime infested dump. The street is nicer and safer than living with mostly low life scum that would be your neighbors.
This place is run by true slum lords. My son and his roommate have been here since Dec 2012 and the new management is as bad as the last. They harass my son who pays rent on time and has given no problems to them, all. Why do you ask does the management do this? Well because the roof leaks and now mold is growing, and they've lived without heat and now without air and asked for repairs since the first week of moving in.. They've refused to fix these things and again harass my son and roommate for made up things like not paying the pet deposit which was paid upon move in and they have a receipt. The complex has so many issues it would take hours to list all of the laws these so call managers and the owner is breaking. How this complex has not been condemned or constantly on the news is beyond my comprehension.
There is drug deals and usage in plain sight and very vicious dogs that one day will hurt a child. Now this complex advertises tennis courts, basketball courts and sparkling pool, to name a couple of the misleading things in their false ads. There once was maybe these things, however since at least Dec. 2012 there is no nets for tennis, no hoop for basketball and only a green pool. The place has people living on mattresses by the dumpsters and a constant everyday call to the Phoenix police for everything from domestic violence to shootings. There are known gang affiliated persons living there, but as long as the complex gets that rent check they look the other way.
If you want to live in a place full of bed bugs, rodents, other bugs, large attack dogs (one owned by a maintenance employee) and like constant noise from gunfire, drugs passed around as you walk by, no intelligent staff member and not one experienced maintenance personnel for repairs of any kind, then this is heaven, if you like most people want a place that follows the laws landlords have to abide by, then stay away because this is hell in the valley of the sun.
