Walked in the office today to make a new patient appointment for my husband. I walked in, because I am also in dentistry and wanted a visual of the office before just making an appointment by phone.
It was obvious it was a no patient day. Mesha was at the front desk "working on claims" and she would not help me. I can't imagine why you would not want to make a new patient appointment and let me and my money walk out the door. I took a card, she said "call me tomorrow".
No I WILL NOT call you tomorrow. If you don't want my business today when we are face to face, you don't really want it do you? And for the record my husband probably needs $3-5k worth of work to do. I'll take it to Dr. Blackwell down the road.
