  • Dr. Lowe is great. Office staff is atrocious. Every appointment made makes us wait a minimum of 1/2 hour after appointment time. Consistently double books appointments and they have no issue canceling your appointment if you're 5 minutes late. Last appointment was at 10:45. I called at 10:20 to find out the current wait. They said 30 minutes. I told them my name and that I'd be there at 11:05 (20 minutes) so I wouldn't have to sit there doing nothing. I walked in the door at 11:05 and they had cancelled my appointment. They couldn't understand that they are here to provide a service and they are here for me, not the other way around. Never again.
