  • Bill's is basically a Red Roof Inn plopped in the heart of the center of the LV Strip. It is plain and not too interesting. The rooms are clean but the decor is outdated. Everything seemed to work well enough except when you shower the bathtub fills up above your cankles. Food at the diner? Eh. nothing exciting. If it was located anywhere else in vegas (off strip or down by the Sahara, the rooms would be $40 per night. BUT... the location is key - you are next to EVERYTHING.
