Horrible customer service experience, twice now, after giving them a second shot. First service visit was miserable and they did not resolve our issue, simply saying the engine light would go off on its own. Second time I come in they want to schedule me THREE WEEKS OUT and the staff are less than pleasant. Called Superstition Chrysler and I'm getting my 2013 Dodge Charge R/T in within 48 hours. They lost our business as a newly-relocated professional family for all three of our Dodge lease vehicles plus one more by way of a new Jeep for my daughter. Great job failing miserably with a valuable client.
