"You get what you pay for."
I paid for a clean bed and a hot shower and that's what I got. Nothing else was expected.
The 4 Seasons this is not so don't expect to have your every whim catered to. The neighborhood is admittedly shady but no one bothered me. Actually, I did encounter one other lodger who thought I was waiting for him to approach so he could piggyback when I entered. No......no......not really. I just could not get the stupid card key to work quick enough! Hahahaha!!!!
There was 24/7 hot coffee in the lobby. I only saw one small little visitor who skeedaddled as soon as he saw the room was actually being inhabited so that was a plus, especially since the faucet and the tub were both dripping.
The carpet and bathroom floor-!is not to be walked on barefoot which I never do at any hotel regardless of the amount of stars.
The room - smelled like stale smoke which is probably due to the old wallpaper not being replaced or painted over.
Lghting situation -left something to be desired.
Spring mattress -was ok and I did not wake up with a backache - check
Tooilet - it works - check
Sink - it works- check
The balcony - was a pigeon pooping post
Sound - I heard nothing from my neighbors and no ruckuses outside during my one night weekday stay. Maybe the weekend is on and poppin'?
This place is close to the highway and lots of food eateries you can walk or drive to.
For what I needed for this place served its purpose.
