  • The resort its self is beautiful, no doubt about that! After hearing some positive reviews on T. Cooks we decided to try it out. Mistake one, we made a reservation before 10am on Sunday. Several workers were walking around preparing for their brunch rush, understandably so, but what about the people dinning? There was only one server working at the time, she seemed overwhelmed working a rather large area with tables scattered. We weren't in a rush so the service wasn't an inconvenience to us, but I would have liked more interaction and insight on the menu. We both ordered the Mediterranean Eggs Benedict. For being on their menu for 18+ years, I was underwhelmed. My poached eggs were cooked all the way through and the hollandaise sauce was a very generous amount for the dish. Overall, the service and food won't have me returning for more.
