  • Lies lies lies!!! Nothing but lies!!!!! We were forced to use this company through our homeowners appliance policy and seven weeks later the refrigerator is still not getting cold. The technicians say they're ordering parts they promised, they leave, then we call out west and Outwest says that the technician said there were no parts needed. Of the six times they've been out five of the six of the technicians promise they would order parts. Out west tells us that the homeowner company insurance wouldn't allow the parts and they got an email asked them to send me the email proving that they wouldn't allow the parts and she said she was not allowed to do that. The insurance company says that all he had to do was order the parts and they will be ordered but that the out west company never ordered any parts. Out west is the worst company possible I can't believe anybody would use them. To this moment our fridge doors won't close and it still won't get cold. This company is bad news!!!
