  • As a traveler for work and pleasure I've been lucky enough to travel to many destinations. But consistently this is the worst airport I've ever experienced every time I have to go through CLE. The TSA is among the slowest, their construction in advance of the RNC created chaos throughout the entire project, and I could go on and on. The poor airline ticket counter staff are always so nice and the airport ambassadors try to help but TSA and the planners don't do any good. While logistics can be a challenge CLE falls short regularly. If I could give a zero star, I would.
