  • Avoid this place.. Honestly don't understand the good reviews here. They did shoddy work on the shoe we took in, using a purple looking thread and then claiming they don't use that thread, well there's a picture included and I am not a color expert but I would guess there are colors closer to the black thread than the pink purple mess they used ! The best part is after we had the pleasure of paying for this mess and I called them as my husband had picked it up without looking at it, the guy could only deflect blame and say how he is so great and we must be mistaken. Also took in a purse that the lining needed stitching and instead of stitching it they glued it together with a glue that left a green residue on the white lining .. If I wanted stuff repaired by children doing arts and crafts I would have taken it to my nephew who would probably have done similar work for free and he would enjoy banging around the equipment to do it !
