We just switch to sprint from AT&T and i have experience the worst customer service by far. So when we brought our phone they said if we get $150 acessories they would waive all activation fees. Which they lied about this because i call sprint customer care they this isnt true. They said they would take off half of the activation fees. Which wasn't the agreement because I wouldn't have bought the accessories which included the cases that cost me over $150 more. Also I'm one of my phones the buyout programs refused to accept it. Which if i would of know this we woukd of never switch. Now i owe money to att which is false advertisement and in my opinion that a scam. It seems like after someone sign a lease with you you throw out customer service overall. You have been warn! Don't switch
