  • OMG have you ever tried to contact these people. I think the president is easier to contact. You are taken thru recording after recording after recording. The level of customer service at this is non-existent. The phone would ring and ring and ring. Please simplify the process of calling in. I am a patient and I have new insurance and wanted to see if it was accepted and schedule an appointment. Now I'm going to call somewhere else.
