  • I tried this spa for the first time because I thought the pictures of the float looked relaxing. However, the pictures are quite deceiving. It is not as pictured on the website with a lady floating on the water in a tub. It is actually a pitch black chamber which is like a locker with a heavy door that shuts you in completely. I tried it but jumped out immediately. I would say if you are the least bit claustrophobic it is not for you. I was not offered any kind of other treatment and no refund. I believe the owner should have tried to offer me another treatment since it was prepaid. I also think the pictures on the website are false advertisement. I felt betrayed and ripped off. If you decide to book a treatment, be sure to ask for a walk through BEFORE paying.
