  • I am so glad that I purchased here instead of from the local Pet-o-rama. Instead of getting teenagers who know nothing about the animals or the equipment they are selling, you always get very knowledgeable specialists, all of whom have had reptiles or snakes or both (often several) for many years. They seem to take their time with clients, happily answer all question, and offer helpful suggestions. Most importantly, their animals are healthy and look like they have been looked after very well. We are enjoying our new pet, and recently, when I had a question and phoned them back, they again took their time and told me everything I needed to know and more. I would give them 5 stars, but I do think they can do a better job of keeping a wider selection of equipment and accessories in stock (the shelves often seem a little bare and I do not want to go to a big box pet store for supplies if I don't have to).
