  • I had Dale for a couple years. I travel a lot and didn't pay much attention. When home, I was able to observe how little his guys did when they were here. Some weeks they missed completely and I had to call. Finally, last week I noted the water was getting cloudy and I went out to investigate. Only two tabs, almost all gone. I figured it was the chlorine. Went and got shock, brushed the pool, and the water never cleared. Then I noticed all suction was on the cleaner (no skimmer) and it was barely moving. I knew the filter needed cleaning. When I opened it up it was obvious it hadn't been cleaned in god knows how long. (Despite being charged 135 twice a year). After that, my pool looks better than it has the two years they have been doing it. Of course I fired them and now regret I didn't check Yelp before hiring them. They are a total joke and it is obvious why they only have one star. Shame on me for trusting them.
