| - Horrible experience through and through. First off, they are remodeling and it's confusing which door to enter.
Root canal was done wrong by dr Trujillo. He didn't numb me enough and started working and I screamed and cried. When I was numb enough, the procedure started and I could still feel the nerves being ripped out (or pieces left in there...). There was no laughing gas.
When I went to dr van to get my temporary crown, things went better, until after the procedure. My tooth began to hurt a lot and I couldn't even chew on that side of my mouth.
When I went back for permanent crown , I told them I had been getting headaches and was still in a lot pain. They blew air on tooth and an intense wave of pain came over me and I was shaking and crying again. They took X-rays and saw that the tooth is either infected or not cleaned out. They said that I would get my money back and be sent to a specialist. When I went to the desk she did not mention my refund only that I wouldn't have to pay again for another root canal or crown. She said she would call me "in the next few days". It was Wednesday and now it's Tuesday of the next week. After calling today, the receptionist got back to me and left a message. Now I've called twice and left messages and four hours later, still no call.
To make matters worse, I had an allergic reaction to penicillin for my root canal, was inappropriately hit on by male worker, and my stomach is bleeding from the 800 mg ibuprofen they gave me my last visit. (Had awful stomach pains last night after I took a dose and threw up coffee grounds. My urgent care dr said he would NEVER prescribe 800mg ibuprofen !!) And finally, there was a cockroach in the back of the new office.
I want my money back
There is No appointment with specialist. No relief for my tooth and I. Hope infection doesn't go to my brain.
