| - Rude, rude, rude!!!!!
I dragged my girlfriend with me to this shop at Palazzo earlier today, so I can try on the Bianca shoe.
It's 2:40 a.m. now, but this was around 8 p.m. earlier today on Jan. 7th, 2015.
There is one other pair of girls in the store, and they are trying on shoes. I wait and ask the sales associate for the specific shoe I want to try and provide my size. I did not ask to try on tons of shoes, and I felt that when I needed to try a different size, the sales associate (red head) was not happy to grab me another size to try. When I asked to try a peep toe version, she did not bring it out and acted like she really didn't want to let me even try it.
She was condescending and rude. At one point, she made a comment like, "For someone like you who doesn't have thís brand..."
My friend with me was the one who commented to me about how judgmental and rude that was. How does she know what shoes I own? I walked in with $600 Stuart Weitzmans on, but who cares if I walked in with flip flops on?
I have been thinking about buying a pair and only needed to find the right fit. If the store and it's employees ever read Yelp reviews, please know that although I stayed calm, polite, and cordial (even thanking) as I left, you really insulted me and lost your commission and sale.
I don't know if I even want to buy the shoes at this point, but if I did, I will drive to Beverly Hills to do so.
I recommend against anyone shopping here. Store manager, if you can permit the rude service (or lack of service) in this store from your employees, shame on you.
