| - I'm not entirely certain how this company functions and/or is still in business unless they support themselves entirely on in-stock items.
After ordering a lovely looking Asterix ladder shelf in September, we were told that they were out of stock so we'd have to wait until November. In mid November, our shelf finally arrived.
"Hurray!!" We cheered as we opened the boxes, "Our living room will be complete!".
After taking all the shelves out of the boxes, we noticed the top one was broken, so I emailed EQ3 customer support (we were directed there rather than talking on the phone) and waited...and waited...and waited. It wasn't until I sent a second email that I was told that someone would look into it.
Despite having sent a photo of my broken shelf, I received a replacement shelf that was the incorrect size. I emailed again to report this issue, plus an additional issue - that there the shelf was missing an important built-in screw. Having heard nothing, I sent a second email. I was then assured that my shelf was on the way! I got the second replacement shelf today and it is the wrong one. Yet again. One that's meant for an entirely different bookshelf.
Four months later, I now have two random shelves I can't use, a bookshelf I can't set up and a broken shelf.
In short, don't order anything online from EQ3. It will only end in heartache.
