  • Our house warranty company sent our pool problem to this company. Usually a company calls within an hour of getting the work order from the warranty company to set up an appointment. This company did not call me, I had to call them. One of their techs came by to look at the problem and was very condescending. It took them 30 hours to call in their findings to the warranty company, and then it was not what they had told me. They did no work for us, I am rating them solely on their lack of communication skills.
